Cheapest neighborhoods in North Catasauqua?

I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 2,968 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
