Starting a business in North Charleston?

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $267,700, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation?

Used to live on the Westside side, now on the Highland side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
