Why I chose North Charleston over bigger cities

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 15 years and The median home value here is around $267,700, which seems about average. Median household income is $62,789, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Thanks for reading.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is pretty good in most areas.
