OK so Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 20.9%, which is higher than I expected. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
