Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 12.5%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $746 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for North Collins? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
