North Crossett is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, You can expect to pay around $680 for rent here. Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $74,600, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Good schools
- Close to nature
- Diverse community

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Cold winters
- Sprawl everywhere
- Limited cultural events
- Not enough green space
Worth the trade-offs? TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
