Best apartments in North Eastham under ?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -North Eastham sits at 204.2 per 100K. The median home value here is around $641,200, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated.

I'm a sales manager and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The walkability is genuinely better than expected and I've found the quality of life is solid. My neighborhood (Riverside) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Miami, be prepared for the culture shock. weather is completely different here. And Not a lot of cultural diversity.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The cost of living is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Hot take but it exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.
