Hi all, I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -North Enid sits at 107.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $179,200, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $933/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks in advance! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
