Hey folks, Been living here since 2007. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $137,700, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 44,189, North Fort Myers is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective.
