Best industries in North Fort Myers right now

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for North Fort Myers? Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Portland it's pretty good.
