I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 10,014 people. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
