Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and It's a a small town city with about 10,014 people. You can expect to pay around $1,033 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -North Gates sits at 839.1 per 100K. Rent is about $1,033/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.
