Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 9.0%, which is concerning. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
