I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 2,094 people. Homes are going for about $128,700 on average. Household incomes average around $59,630 in North Judson. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
