Hi all, I'm originally from Orlando and Rent is about $1,766/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks for reading. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
