Starting a business in North Las Vegas?

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2021. It's a a mid-size city city with about 271K people. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,605/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Greenfield for 6 years. Moved from Boston for retirement. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**

The market right now is average. We bought in 2022 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.

**Employment:**

real estate is strong here. marketing is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are manageable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**

the quality of life is solid. The outdoor scene is average - we have mountains within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**

Varies hugely by district. Greenfield schools are average. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**

I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Winters are long and cold. Limited entertainment options. And outdoor recreation can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
