You can expect to pay around $1,913 for rent here. Median household income is $119,533, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
