Just moved to North Laurel, any tips?

The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The housing market is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
