Starting a business in North Laurel?

Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,913 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
