Worst things about North Logan nobody talks about

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -North Logan sits at 37.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? The city has invested a lot in new development.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is tough in most areas.
