Co-working spaces in North Lynnwood?

Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $102,888, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 23,653 people. You can expect to pay around $2,050 for rent here. Household incomes average around $102,888 in North Lynnwood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 15 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening
- The cost of living scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Greenfield. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in tech. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Definitely worth checking out..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Fairview. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
