Studio apartments in North Lynnwood -options?

Hey, Homes are going for about $565,000 on average. Rent is about $2,050/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Bought a house here in 2016 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I've lived in Westside for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good airport with direct flights
- The outdoor recreation scene is tough

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2023 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.
