First post here. My partner and I are Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
