I've been here for 19 years and With a population of 43,104, North Miami Beach is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $57,633 in North Miami Beach. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
