Quick question about North Miami Beach

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
