Hey, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $326,300 on average. Median household income is $51,909, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
