Curious what people think. I'm originally from Seattle and Crime rate is something to consider -North Miami sits at 797.8 per 100K. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 14.7%, which is around average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great.
