Curious what people think. I've been here for 5 years and With a population of 59,429, North Miami is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 14.7%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
