North Miami quality of life -am I missing something?
I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 14.7%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $326,300, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -North Miami sits at 797.8 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
