Co-working spaces in North Myrtle Beach?

Hi all, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 19,343 people. You can expect to pay around $1,171 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for North Myrtle Beach? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Moved here from Miami about 12 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to community vibe but Definitely worth checking out..

I've lived in Midtown for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Strong sense of community
- The nightlife scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. No regrets on my end..
