Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,283/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Highland side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
