Things that make North Ogden unique

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $107,425 in North Ogden. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,405/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
