Life in North Palm Beach as a young professional

Been meaning to ask this. Median household income is $91,042, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
