Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 13,089, North Palm Beach is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 13,089 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Miami it's hit or miss.

I work in education here and it exceeded my expectations. The job market for my field is tough. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
