Moving to North Port for work -advice?

I'm a 40-year-old nurse and Rent is about $1,738/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $81,940, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $328,700, which seems about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
