Anyone work in healthcare in North Potomac?

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $793,200, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $186,438 in North Potomac. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for North Potomac? Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in government. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Hope this helps!.
