Is North Randall worth moving to in 2026?

Alright, Been living here since 2021. The median home value here is around $133,100, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $42,560, which feels on the lower side for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Atlanta it's underrated.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.
