Alright, I've been here for 1 years and With a population of 70,338, North Richland Hills is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,609/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $324,800 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
