North Richland Hills vs Portland -which is better?

OK so I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,338 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The healthcare is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The weather is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
