Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 12 years and The median home value here is around $324,800, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $93,434 in North Richland Hills. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Raleigh it's excellent.
