Best restaurants in North Ridgeville?

Hello, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -North Ridgeville sits at 37.7 per 100K. With a population of 36,043, North Ridgeville is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,067 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'm a social worker and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is average and there's always something going on.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Westside area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Nashville about 11 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are pricey, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Minneapolis about 7 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Affordable housing options
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are wild, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 7 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Pine Hills for 7 years. Moved from Atlanta for a fresh start. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is underrated. We bought in 2019 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. Older homes are where the value is.

**Employment:**
legal is strong here. education is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are affordable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor scene is average - we have state parks within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Pine Hills schools are underrated. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited entertainment options. Bugs and humidity in summer. And healthcare can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For families, I'd say this is a 7/10. It's not for everyone but it works for us.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.
