Is North Ridgeville good for remote workers?

Hello, The median home value here is around $254,700, which seems about average. With a population of 36,043, North Ridgeville is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'm a writer and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Boston it's better than expected.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The cost of living scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in West. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in engineering. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
