Hi all, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $254,700 on average. The median home value here is around $254,700, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
