Just moved to North Riverside, any tips?

It's a a small town city with about 7,495 people. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'm a physical therapist and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 9 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to dating scene but Definitely worth checking out..
