Hi all, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
