Why I chose North St. Paul over bigger cities

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 41-year-old police officer and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Used to live on the Pine Hills side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
