Co-working spaces in North Tonawanda?

Hello, I've been here for 11 years and Rent is about $914/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective.

Bought a house here in 2016 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
