Anyone regret moving to North Wantagh?

Been meaning to ask this. I work in automotive and Crime rate is something to consider -North Wantagh sits at 119.0 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
