Is North Westport worth moving to in 2026?

I work in retail and It's a a small town city with about 4,995 people. Homes are going for about $389,300 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
