Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in education and Household incomes average around $63,486 in Northbrook. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Northbrook? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
